Clara Andres studied at the film university “Konrad Wolf” in Potsdam/ Babelsberg with a main focus on editing.
In line with her passion for the choreography of moving images she started her career in experimental and narrative editing, installations and as well storytelling through photography.
To her, film is a testimony to the complexity of humanity that forms part of our memories, and our history. The accumulated experience in her travels through various countries such as South Africa, Israel, Argentina and Iran have a strong influence on her artistic work and allows her an expression in the argument of cultural, social and political aspects.
